3. Bookings and payments

Go Budva Cars does not accept rental payments, deposits, prepayments or final rental payments. We do not process payment cards and we do not store payment information.

Any booking, reservation, payment, deposit, confirmation, cancellation or refund is handled by the third-party booking provider and/or the relevant car rental supplier. You should carefully review the booking terms and supplier conditions before confirming any reservation.

4. Prices and availability

Prices, vehicle availability and rental conditions may change at any time. Go Budva Cars does not guarantee that displayed prices, availability or conditions will remain unchanged. The final price and conditions are confirmed by the third-party booking provider or supplier during the booking process.

5. Deposits, credit cards and insurance

Information about no deposit options, low deposit options, credit card requirements, debit card payment, cash payment, insurance, full coverage and excess may vary depending on the selected car, supplier, dates and pickup location.

You are responsible for reviewing all deposit, payment and insurance conditions before confirming your booking. Go Budva Cars does not guarantee that a specific car will be available without a deposit, without a credit card or with full insurance.

6. User responsibility

You are responsible for checking that you meet all rental requirements, including age, driving license, documents, payment method, pickup time, return time and travel restrictions. You are also responsible for reading the rental agreement and supplier terms before accepting a vehicle.

7. Third-party services

The website may include a third-party booking widget, external links or services. Go Budva Cars is not responsible for the content, booking process, privacy practices, technical operation, payment processing or rental conditions of third-party websites, booking platforms or suppliers.
